public, parks and rec, El Camino real mixed use north
Project would include the Development of a new Community Center and Library, a new South SF Police Dept. headquarters, other City offices, associated parking, and a new fire station. The existing City Municipal Services Building the western project site would be demolished. To accommodate these uses, the City is also updating its El Camino Real/Chestnut Area Plan. This involves the changing of the Public land use designation to El Camino Real Mixed Use North and companion zoning to ensure consistency.
