Document Description
The proposed project is the adoption of the Climate Action Plan (CAP), a document that provides policies and measures aimed at reducing greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions within the City. The goal of the CAP is to reduce Dublin's community-wide GHG emissions by 25% below a business-as-usual scenario by 2020. The city expects the reduction to be achieved by a combination of the reduction measures under the City's control and State initiatives aimed at reducing GHG emissions.
