Document Description
Request for a Tentative Parcel Map to divide a 388-acre parcel into two parcels of 17-acres and 371-acres. Although there are five APNs, there is only one legal parcel (APNs are often created for tax purposes, but they do not indicate the legal status of parcels). The parcel is currently split zoned with portions being zoned Agricultural Preserve (A-P) and Agricultural General (A-1). Portions of the property are enrolled in the Williamson Act. The contract boundary will not be affected by this Tentative Parcel Map application. Both parcels would have access from a county road. The proposed Parcel 1, currently zoned A-1, is designated for future agricultural commercial use in the recently adopted Yolo County 2030 Countywide General Plan. The proposed Parcel 2 would continue to be used for seasonal row crop production.
