NOTE: Review Per Lead Request for a Use Permit for a winery producing 3,000 cases per year with a tasting room on a 10.8 acre parcel. Phase 1 of the project includes a tasting room open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, participation in industry-wide events, and 15 private events a year with up to 50 people per event. Phase 2, anticipated to start in 2014, includes construction of the wine production facility consisting of a 2,700 sf building.
