Document Description
The Downtown Community Plan and Downtown District rezoning is an implementation program of the General Plan 2035 Community Plan Element. The Downtown Plan allows for development totaling approximately 2.5 million square feet of commercial and office development and 2,500 multi-family housing units, including existing development, within the Fremont City Center. The project also includes adoption of design guidelines and zoning standards to implement the Downtown Plan.
