Document Description
The proposed project is an 8.21 mile railroad infrastructure improvement and track extension of the existing 25 mile corridor from Bena to Marcel over the Tehachapi Mountains. The project proposed to add a second track alongside five of the existing single-track segments. In addition to double-tracking these five segments, the Project would also extend existing sidings and improve existing culverts and bridges.
