Document Description
The proposed project is a proposed Specific Plan Amendment to the existing National City Downtown Specific Plan. The project consists of two components: 1) an amendment to the Downtown Specific Plan; and 2) a proposed residential development within one half-block portion of the project site. The Downtown Specific Plan boundary would be expanded to incorporate the three, half-blocks located east of Roosevelt Avenue, south of Civic Center Drive, and north of 16th Street.
