Document Description
A Conditional Use Permit, pursuant to the provisions of Section 12.24-W, 49 of the Los Angeles Municipal Code, to permit the installation, use and maintenance of an unmanned wireless telecommunications facility (WTF) consisting of a 45-foot tall monopole disguised as a palm tree (monopalm), with twelve panel antennas, one two-foot microwave dish, and one GPS antennae. The WTF facility also includes six related equipment cabinets located at grade. The WTF facility will be located behind a new six-foot high concrete block wall that will be painted to match the existing buildings located on-site. The WTF facility will replace an existing landscape planter located in the church parking lot.
