Document Description
This rule making project will amend Rule 4354 (Glass Melting Furnaces) to provide flexibility for flat glass manufactures to defer meeting the Tier 3 emission limitation in January 1, 2011 provided they meet the "Flat Glass early enhanced" emission limits by January 2014 instead of January 2018. The proposed amendments would not change or affect the existing emission limits and requirements for container glass manufacturing and fiberglass manufacturing facilities.
