Document Description
The Environmental Assessment (EA) has been prepared for the National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) to address the environmental effects of the approval of a gaming management contract for the La Jolla Band of Luiseno Indians (Tribe). The Tribe proposes to work with Panther Partners, LLC to construct a Class III gaming and hotel facility. The approval of a gaming management contract would constitute a major federal action as defined by the National Environmental Policy ACT (NEPA) (42 U.S.C. Section 4321 et seq.)
