Document Description
Applicant is requesting a Vesting Tentative Map, a Rezone from AR-1-1 to RM 1-1, RM-1-2, RX-1-1 and RS-1-14, Site Development Permit, and a MHPA Boundary Line Adjustment to subdivide and construct 207 residential units. Approximately 44.65 acres of the 169.85-acre site would be developed, while the remaining 125.20 acres would be preserved. The units would comprised of 116 single-dwelling units (of which 88 units would be located in the RS-1-14 Zone and 28 units in the RX-1-1 Zone); and 91 multi-dwelling units (of which 555 units would be single-dwelling detached cluster units located in the RM-1-1 Zone and 36 units would be multi-dwelling units located in the RM-1-2 Zone). In addition the project would also construct various site improvements, which includes associated public and private streets, hardcape, retaining walls and landscaping.
