The proposed project would develop an approximately 2.19-acre (ac) vacant parcel (Assessor's Parcel Number [APN] 011-401-023) along Del Monte Boulevard bordered by Laguna Grande Regional Park and lake and an approximately 0.094 ac City right-of-way easement along Del mote Boulevard for the proposed In-N-Out Burger Drive-through Restaurant, The proposed 3,750 square foot (sf) In-N-Out Burger Drive-Through Restaurant and associated facilities would include indoor dining, outdoor patio seating, and a drive-through window. The proposed restaurant would provide approximately 54 parking spaces including three Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessible spaces, three bicycle racks, and two motorcycle parking stalls. The City's right-of-way easement along Del Monte Boulevard would be used for additional landscaping, curb, driveway and sidewalk features.
