The property was purchased by the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Seaside for the purpose of developing it with a visitor-service commercial use. The proposed project would develop and ~3,750 sf In-N-Out Burger drive-through restaurant and associated facilities, including indoor dining, outdoor patio seating, and a drive-through window. The proposed restaurant would provide ~54 parking spaces including 3 Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessible spaces, 3 bicycle racks, and 2 motorcycle parking stalls.
