Document Description
Construct a 25,000sf cultural arts and education center to replace the existing Yucaipa branch county library, including the addition of 77 parking spaces. Phase 1 will entail the importation and stockpiling of 30,000 CY of soils from 2 previously approved excavation sites using 15 CY capacity trucks for up to 30 working days. Phase ll consists of clearing and grubbing, grading, trenching, bedding, and installation of 470'LF of 54" RCP storm drain with a concrete outlet structure at its western end, and placement of approx. 30,000cy of backfill within the un-named drainage channel that extends across the southerly side of the project site. The maximum daily disturbance area will not exceed 4.5 acres per day.
