Document Description
The project proposes a revised lease agreement and Site Development Plan (SDP) modifications to allow industrial uses on 31.43 acres within the Metropolitan Airpark. More specifically, the proposed project would allow for a maximum of 488,000 square feet of General Industrial uses as an additional permitted use in the lease agreement, Design Guidelines and SDP on the 31.43-acre project site and commercial uses would continue to be an allowed use. Ultimate development of the current project site could be commercial, industrial, or a combination of both uses, as long as the uses do not exceed 14,025 average daily trips based on driveway rates. General Industrial is already an allowed use in the Design Guidelines, and the existing definition and development standards would be applied to the proposed project site. No site- specific development is proposed at this time.
