Document Description
The requested Conditional Use Permit would allow the residential backyard and miscellaneous agricultural structures on site to be used for outdoor events. The main purpose of the facility would be for agricultural tourism and social events such as dinners, weddings, festivals, craft classes and other primarily outdoor activities. The applicants also anticipate the construction and establishment of an 800sf winery and vineyard. The winery would be an accessory for the onsite vineyards and produce. It would include a building for storage, pressing and fermentation.
