A proposal by the County Department of Public Works to reline culverts and replace flap gates on the Arroyo Grande Creek levee in the community of Oceano. The project would result in a temporary disturbance of approximately 0.0255 acre and a permanent disturbance of 0.0026 acre. The Negative Declaration identifies impacts in the following issues area: Air Quality, Biological Resources, Geology and Soils, Hazards/Hazardous Materials and Water. Mitigation will include best management practices and permits from Resource Agencies.
