Document Description
The State of California Department of Fish and Game has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement 1600-2018-0300-R5 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Whittaker Corporation. The project is limited to the alteration of four drainages in order to complete the removal of contaminants from the former Whittaker-Bermite Facility. The former facility is separated into work areas defined as Operable Units, and the proposed project activities will take place within Operable Units 2 through 5.
