Document Description
A Change of Zone from AE-40 (Exclusive Agricultural - 40 acre minimum) to the R-A-M 12.5 (Rural Residential- Special Mobilehome - 12,500 sq. ft. minimum) on 7 parcels comprising +/-48 acres has been requested. Currently, the properties are all being utilized for residential purposes and range in size from .88 acres to 9.82 acres. None of the properties meet the minimum parcel size of their current AE-40 Zone. Two of the parcels contain 2nd residential units and the owners of those properties propose to split their property upon approval of the change of zone. The remaining applicants do not propose any change at this time, but future divisions are foreseeable.
