Document Description
The applicant is requesting a Special Use Permit to allow the establishment of an animal hospital, clinic, veterinarian office wherein primarily large animals are treated on approximately 2+/- acres including a 1-acre parcel and 1-acre parcel of the southeastern portion of the 51+/- acre site. The proposed development will include a 5460 sq. ft. veterinarian clinic, 3744 sq. ft. horse shade structure, 5002 sq. ft. corral, 1256 sq. ft. proposed stalls, a 12 vehicle parking area and an A.D.A. accessible parking stall.
