Document Description
A tentative tract map to subdivide one (1), 57.53 acre parcel into thirty-eight (38) lots, ranging in size from 34,867 square feet to 153,080 square feet, for future development of approximately 790,000 square feet of floor area for light industrial uses, a Master Planned Development Permit and the Betteravia Industrial Park Design Guidelines. Each lot will be built at a maximum of 0.35 of its floor ratio. This floor area ratio would have a mix of 50% or more of its floor area square footage for general light industrial uses and a maximum of 50% of its floor area square footage for associated office uses. Access to the lots would be mainly from public streets and one private street (Hawker Court).
