Document Description
The project proposes construction of a 9,440 sf single-family residence with attached 1,006 sf garage, a swimming pool, driveway, fire vehicle turnarounds, retaining walls, drainage system, private septic system, private water well and two water storage tanks, hardscaping, and landscaping on subject parcel 4461-039-006. Grading for the subject residence includes 4,950 cy of cut material, zero c.y. of fill material, 4,950 cy to be exported. Also proposed is 6,226 linear feet (1.18 miles) of improvements to an existing fire access road comprised of McReynolds and Mar Vista Ridge Roads, and Borna Drive. McReynolds and Mar Vista Roads in existence since 1944, and Borna Drive since 1950. Borna Drive portion of access road is unpaved; some section of McReynolds and Mar Vista Ridge Roads are paved. Improvements to widen access road to propose to increase the length of access road. Grading for road improvements entail 8,850 cy of cut 4,250 cy of fill and 4,600 cy of export material. Total cumulative amount of grading for this project is 13,800 cy of cut of fill, and 9,550 cy of export material.
