Document Description
The project consists of multiple applications for the following: Comprehensive Plan Amendment, Rezone, Tentative Tract Map and two Final Development Plan entitlements to develop 69 single family homes and develop a 3.53 acre recreation park and dog park. The Rezone application will establish three residential zones on 18.07 acres and one Recreation (REC) zone consisting of 47.80 acres. The proposed residential zone on the northeast and southwest corners of the site will be 8-R-1 single family homes with an 8,000 square foot minimum lot size (totaling approximately 11.13 acres). The Tentative Tract Map #14,739 proposes a total of 77 lots of which 69 are residential, two are recreation, and six are MR-O zoned lots. The project is intended to be completed in phases, as outlined in the Phasing Matrix.
