The proposed project is construction of a new 4,992sf community health center on a 30,876 sf vacant site, owned by Clinica de Salud del Valley de Salinas (CSVS). The proposed health center replaces an existing CSVS clinic located on Bassett Street in the City of King. The proposed project includes excavation and site preparation for construction of a one-story building, footings, foundations, and installation of utilities. The proposed project also includes the installation of an off-street parking lot with twenty eight off-street parking spaces, including two mobility-impaired spaces, exterior lighting, and landscaping. The project requires approval of a use permit by Planning Commission of the City of King.
