- Construction of a new aquatics facility (4 options) or renovation and expansion of an existing aquatics (1 option). The three alternative sites within the City of El Segundo are: City-owned Hilltop Park at 301 Maryland St, El Segundo School District property at 530 East Imperial Ave., and City and School District property at 219 West Mariposa Ave. Hilltop Park and Imperial Ave are analyzed for two options each (competition pool or competition and recreation pool); and one option is modification of the existing Urho Saari swim stadium.
