The project is located at an unnamed tributary to Walnut Creek, in Hillcrest Community Park, located on the south side of Olivera Road, immediately west of Grant Avenue, in the City of Concord. The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2010-0117-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, the City of Concord, for repair of bank erosion to protect electrical utilities, water mains, a trail, and two pedestrian bridges located on the upper banks at two sites along the tributary.
