- The California Department of Fish and Game is executing Lake or Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2010-0069-R2, pursuant to Section 1602/1611 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Sierra Pacific Industries. The project is limited to the removal of a failed wooden box culvert and replacement with the permanent installation of a >48" corrugated metal pipe (CMP) on a Class ll watercourse. The preceding reference to the failed crossing and CMP replacement are detailed in Exhibits A&B.
