Authorize the issuance of a 10 yr dredging lease, beginning June 28, 2010, to dredge a maximum of 10,500 cy of material during the lease term. Dredged material will be diposed of at the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers designated site at SF-11 (Alcatraz), and/or all other U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' approved disposal sites.
