Document Description
The development of Summitridge Park Southern Trail is included in the City of Diamond Bar's General Plan and Trails Master Plan, Currently this is an existing hard pan trail created from public use with some steep grades. Development of the trail will include installing, a decomposed granite trail with trex header, two bench rest stops, trash receptacles, one viewing area with bench and trash receptacle, and signage including rule and information along 3025ft of Summitridge Park Southern Trail. To mitigate the 20-30% grade in two areas landscape tie steps will be installed which will provide a more accessible route and encourage hikers to stay on the trail.
