Document Description
The Response Plan focuses on excavation, removal, and the implementation of a land use covenant (LUC) to mitigate soils impacted with excessive levels of chromium VI, cadmium, and volatile organic compounds, specifically trichloroethylene (TCE) onsite. The purpose of the project is to mitigate impacted soils that exceed the project-specific potential groundwater and human health risks criteria to minimize human exposure and the migration to gorundwater of the identified chemicals of concern (COCs). The estimated volume of impacted woils is 12 cubic yards or approximately one truckload.
