Document Description
Caltrans intends to alter the streambed by conducting sediment and debris removal activities within Hopper Creek channel at the SR-126 Bridge Number 52-36 at Postmile 26.40. Removal will occur under the bridge and up to 100 feet above and below the bridge area. Excavation will be a depth of 10 feet and width of 90-120 feet. Excavations will occur outside the bird nesting season and when there is no water present. If excavations will occur when water is present, then a water diversion plan shall be implemented, which will include the relocation of any aquatic wildlife impacted by this activity and the imprlementation of sediment control devices.
