Document Description
Restore windows, porch, and interior bedroom floor of the Call House at Fort Ross State Historic Park to preserve the historic building. The work includes: sand and paint the parlor window wood frame; replace and paint an approximately 42 ft. of decayed tongue-and-groove wood floor on the front porch and the front porch wood stair treads; and replace an approximately 28 ft. area of the threshold and plywood floor for West Bedroom. The window frame, porch, and porch stairs will be painted to match existing colors.
