The scope of work includes: Remove the existing Rubberized Hot Mix Asphalt and place a Bonder Wearing Course down on the freeway and ramps, Place a fog seal on the shoulders, adjust or reconstruct metal beam guard rails where needed, Place a shoulder backing where needed, Re-stripe the freeway and ramps with thermoplastic paint stripe, Replace loop detectors where needed.
