Document Description
The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California (Metropolitan) proposes to appropriate finds and authorize final design of the Plant's washwater tanks to improve the tanks' capability to withstand a seismic event. The upgrades include: install a new anchorage system; add a ring footing, micro-pile, and flexible couplings to each tank. Planned activities include: engineering design, preparation of plans, specification, and environmental documentation, and activities in preparation for the construction contract.
