Install reproduction furniture and interpretive panels in the Rotchev House at Fort Ross Historic Park to inform visitors about the nineteenth century Russian fur trade. Place furniture throughout interior of building and install approximately 8 panels on walls. The panels are to be installed so as not to affect the fabric of the building.

Project consists of location of limited numbers of new smal facilities or structures; restoration and conservation of historical resources consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties with Guidelines for Preserving, Rehabilitating, Restoring, and Reconstructing Historic Buildings (1995), Weeks and Grimmer and is included as "installation of park facilities, such as interpretive signing or panels" in the Department of Parks and Recreation's list of exempt activities, in accordance with CCR 15300.4
