Issue a temporary right of entry permit to Sacramento County Regional Parks to allow the County to perform herbicide treatment on four invasive exotic plant species through June 20, 2011 at Folsom Lake State Recreation Area (SRA) to preserve native vegetation within the park. The County will apply herbicide uning backpack sprayers and work under the direction of the State Parks District Environmental Scientist.
