Document Description
The purpose of the proposed project is to conduct routine maintenance of culverts within Los Angeles County. The project primarily involves periodic excavation, land clearing, repair and maintenance of existing culvert structures and appurtenances, fire hazard clearing, and vegetation removal to restore the basins to their original flood design capacity. Continued maintenance and excavation is needed at these facilities for the protection of the public and prevention of property damage and loss of life due to flooding. SAA #1600-2009-0098-R5
