Addition of three new water treatment structures (total of 7,999sf of new enclosed structures) and the relocation of twelve parking spaces at the existing Cater Water Treatment Plant. The project will assist South Coast water agencies, including the City of Santa Barbara and the Montecito and Carpinteria Valley Water Districts, comply with more stringent US Environmental Protection Agencies regulations for potable water.
