Document Description
Replace the severely deteriorated roof on Historic Residence #2 at Ayala Cove and on Duplex Residence at Pt. Blunt on Angel Island State Park. Work will remove all materials to bare decking and install new 1/2" plywood sheathing; install a leak barrier material and replace flashings as needed. Red cedar Class B fire retardant treated shingles will be installed on Historic Residence #2 and State Fire Marshall approved Class A composite shingles on the Duplex Residence.
