Document Description
Design Review Permit DR10-020 to allow the following:
1. Replacement of te existing tin siding and plywood skirting with T1-11 plywood siding painted "Spanish Sand" tan with "Seattle Red" and "Full Sun" yellow trim and accent colors;
2. Replacement of the front and back entry doors with new "ReliaBilt" half-view, 2-panel steel doors;
3. Replacement of the existing front porch with a 20-foot by 10-foot graduated-step deck with a natural stain color;
4. Installation of a sx-foot sloped, fixed "Wheat" (4674-0000) cloth awning over the front entry door; and
5. Removal of the existing back entry landing and stairs with an uncovered 5-foot by 5-foot porch with a natural color stain.
The 0.2+/- acre parcel is zoned R-2:D:MX (Medium Density Residential:Design Control Combining:Mobilehome Exclusion Combining) under Title 17 of the Tuolumne County Ordinance Code.
