Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 (SAA# 1600-2009-0098-R6) of the Fish and Game Code to the project culvert crossing on Swauger Creek, for access to a future residential site. Water will be diverted around the work site and straw wattles shall be placed on all sides of the project site to prevent sediment from going downstream. Construction is expected to begin in June 2010 and will take approximately one week to complete.
