Document Description
The project is an extension of the City of Auburn's Shaded Fuel Break south into State Responibility Area (SRA) lands. The fuel break will be constructed to a 300' width standard and will follow the rim of the American Canyon to the greatest extent practicable. Additional fuel break work will be done on major ridges that run east toward the American River stopping at the Bureau of Reclamation (BOR) boundary line. The work will be completed by CAL FIRE Conservation Camp Crews. The hand crews will cut and ship and/or pile and burn small fuels.
