Replace an, approximately 48 square foot existing enclosed shed with a new 120 square-foot shed and install an attached 96 square foot open-sided covered parking area to store maintenance equipement at Beal's Point in Folsom Lake State Recreation Area. Demolish and remove existing shed and gravel bed; grade soil surface; Install new 216 square foot concrete pad; and construct new shed and covered parking.
