Document Description
The proejct proposes the placement of two pre-fabricated (5,000 sq. ft. and 1, 500 sq. ft.: 12 feet in height), portable structures to be used as dedicated space for existing training at two locations within the property. The enclosed/partially enclosed structures will allow for the use of new technology as well as provide a location that can be utilized in inclimate weather. A 'Junior Golf Area' and a "Short Game Area' are proposed with the project.
