Document Description
Approval of a time-Critical Off-Site Excavation Workplan (TCEW) by the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC). The TCEW focuses on excavation and removal to mitigate soils impacted with elevated levels of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), along with some minimal elevated concentrations of total petroleum hydrocarbons (TPH) and heavy metals to a depth of approximately three feet in an area approximately 60 feet long by 40 feet wide located adjacent to the Former Oakdale Manufactured Gas Plant Site.
