Document Description
Repair an area of gully erosion in the right of way for the California Aqueduct, East Branch, at Mile point 344.38 by removal of existing rock and debris from culvert's outlet area, placement of compacted fill material to the eroded outlet area, and construction of a 15-ft wide concrete maintenance road and low water crossing from the primary aqueduct road to the culvert outlet. A vertical concrete headwall will be built just downstream of DWR right-of-way fence (ROW), eroded downstream channel walls will be rebuilt to a 1:1 slope, rock "riprap" will be placed along the eroded channel bed for a distance of 100-ft downstream of ROW fence, and all disturbed soil areas will be reseeded.
