The proposed project would be installing a 64 ft. tall scoreboard with associated support structure and athletic banners in an area with previous and planned development. Construction and/or operation of the scoreboard would not cause impacts to biological resources, traffic, noise, air quality, or water quality. The project would not increase the capacity of the stadium, and therefore would be exempt from CEQA in accordance with Section 15061(b)(2).
