Document Description
SAA# 1600-2009-0246-3 Repair of an existing corrugated metal culvert and installation of 43 cubic yards of rock rip-rap around the culvert to stabilize the surrounding banks. The invert of the metal pipe will be capped with reinforced concrete, and cracks in the head wall will be sealed with an approved concrete crack sealer. During construction, flows in the creek, if any, will be contained above the upstream end of the work area via a sand bag coffer dam. Water will be temporarily diverted by gravity flow around the work area through a PVC pipe. Access to the work area will be from Village Center and Mt. Diablo Boulevard. No equipment will be placed in the creek.
