The allocation for a grant to the American Land Conservancy for a cooperative project to acquire the leasehold interests in 2,355+/- acres, together with an agreement to donate fee title, to protect wildlife habitat and increase public access, near the community of Avila Beach. The property willl be transferred to the Department of Parks and Recreation and managed as an expansion of the Montana de Oro State Park.
