- Document Description
- USBP proposes to expand the existing checkpoint on Highway 94 near Dulzura to provide additional parking, and to improve some of the existing facilities within the checkpoint compound. Approximately 1.5 acres will be cleared and covered with an aggregate to accommodate parking--this action was part of the original plan when the checkpoint was established in 1997, but was never completed. Other improvements include lights around the parking lot, modular buildings for offices, and self contained wash bay.
